As requested I have booked us into the Spice Quarter for our evening meal. Table for 16 booked for 7.30pm and we need to be out for 9.30pm which shouldn't be a problem £14.95 a head. Looking forward to the kebabs already.

Agreed Raymie but you could look at it like this...


Kebab contains Meat = Protein to help repair muscles

Curry contains Oils = Oils are essential for your joints

Ice Cream and cakes contain Sugar = Energy rush prior to dancing meaning less lethergy the next morning

and

Beer = Alcohol = Yeeeeehaaaaaaa!

Agreed I think we should include 3!! Mcdonalds trips for the seniors on the squad to get the relevant prematch nutriants ;)
